Race Specific Interpretations try to highlight where it is important for that race, if a race doesn't have an entry then there are no significant societal impacts of that class.

Class and subclass rules are as written but there is nothing that stops any race/class combo in this setting. There are a couple of alignment requirements that should be adhered to.
